The page features 12 Broadband video clips and showcases the high quality work of Arts Academy Diploma of Live Production students this year. 2005 Projects: LIVE ON LYDIARD 8 - Internet Broadcasts - October 12th, 13th, 14th 2005 4 great events (most broadcast LIVE) from Helen MacPherson Smith Theatre at The Arts Academy featured 11 great acts from Ballarat, Melbourne and beyond. Only orginal material is archived, produced by the students RECORDING BALLARAT HIGH - Concert Band Season - September 7th, 8th, 9th 2005 96 young musicians converged on The Courthouse Theatre for our live recording season of Ballarat High music groups The Concert Band, Stage Band, Intermediate Band, Whiz Bang Orkestra and Clarinet and Flute Ensembles - archives soon. BANANA LOUNGE 2005 - Winter Festival Event - July 28th, 29th and 30th 2005 7th year of the Annual Cabaret Extravaganza at Grainery Lane Theatre - Over thirteen hours of live DVD/Internet archive production was undertaken by the students. Musical styles ranged from Folk to Jazz. Watch Video Archives now online! BILLY HYDE YOUNG COMPOSERS CONCERT - Concert and DVD Production - July 5th 2005 Another collaboration with Ballarat High School's Whiz Bang Orkestra and their original music, featuring our students producing and documenting the material via audio and video recordings. Listen to audio archives COURTHOUSE JAZZ - A Festival of Jazz - May 31st - June 3rd 2005 4 nights of great jazz featuring some of the country's finest jazz exponents, showcased in an intimate jazz club setting inside a re-configured Courthouse Theatre on SMB Campus. LIVE ON LYDIARD 7 - Internet Broadcasts - May 3rd-7th 2005 5 Broadcasts over a week featured 14 acts LIVE from The Courthouse Theatre, on SMB Campus, established as regional Australia's first Internet Televsion studio.. See Images and Video Archives from the Broadcasts HORSHAM 'Art Is' FESTIVAL - Outdoor Event 'The Village' - April 1st - 3rd 2005 22 of our 1st and 2nd year students have provided excellent techincal production, rigging and staging for a large scale outdoor carnival-like festival event in Horsham Victoria.
