Students are involved in 8 major projects each year (consisting of over 30 events) as well as a range of special projects
with
lighting, sound, audio visual and multimedia components. Here are some examples:
Jazziz 2003-- Jazziz 2004
A crack quartet performing live for the opening of our yearly program of events from The Arts Academy's
Helen MacPherson Smith Theatre, Camp St Campus.
Voice-FM Music Broadcasts
In March 2003 2nd Yr students produced 5 Live music audio broadcasts from The SMB Studio to Voice FM Radio
The Lucksmiths
The Australian acclaimed pop group dropped in for special gig and recording for The SMB Student Association
Jonah and Rinosaur
All Ages gig in June was recorded live to 16tracks for future release, with Sounds Like Chiken.
